"There is not one thing I would change about this class. This class was taught by a highly experienced and knowledgeable instructor that was very thorough and covered a lot more than I thought he could pack into three days. The outdoor classroom environment was ideal for learning these wilderness skills. I had never attended any classes with this group, but they made me feel like a regular customer, very welcoming..." -Mike M. 8/18/16
“My thanks for the level and quality of training provided during the WFR course completed 30 Sep 18. Since 1986, I have performed as both an Infantry Platoon Sergeant and a Physical Therapist Assistant. During that time, I have spent many hours/days training medical first response skills. This is the first time an instructor has brought all the knowledge to the table and demonstrated to the students how it fits together. With decades of real-world experience in permissive and nonpermissive environments, your credibility is established and cemented as soon as you begin to speak. Nothing opens students to learning like knowing the information coming from the instructor is proven to work. At the same time, you can reach every student at whatever level they are at without talking over them. As an instructor you are a consummate professional. The training was thorough and integrative. In a very short period, you were able to take five guys of varied experience and provide not just knowledge, but also demonstrate how to think critically and apply it in realistic case study exercises and hands on live practical exercises. Again, I appreciate you and what you do. I look forward to learning more from and working with you in the future…" -Jim M. 1/23/19
